To manufacture these doors, different kinds of veneer are used. The veneer is glued to the base applying a hot press. Together with widely used plain veneered doors, we offer doors with various decorative elements (several kinds of veneer encrustation, metallic elements etc). To fill the doors, polystyrofoam rubber is used ( this makes the door easier, with good sound absorption and less price), or it may be a holed (perforated) veneered particle board (tough doors, sound absorption). Veneered doors are varnished. We paste-up details for this kind of doors according to the requirements of clients.

Door cases are manufactured of glued pine and are over veneered by wood veneer, they are available with strips or without them, with veneered edging, and thresholds are available of hard wood. Door leaves are available with an overlap or without it, and doors may be single-leaf or two-leaved ones. 4 mm decorative glass or 8 mm shatterproof glass and various stained glasses are used for the doors with glass.

Door hole dimensions are corrected at the client’s; there are limitations to the door-leaf height and width: max height 2500 mm, max width 1250 mm.
