To manufacture these, we use materials that ensure the basic external door properties: resistance to weathering (cold, heat, humidity), to noise and guaranteeing safety. An item consists of a door leaf, a door case, a threshold, hinges, strips and a lock.

The double door leaf carcass is assembled of pine wood, and clients may select one of two options for fillings: perforated particle board or polystyrofoam rubber. Polystyrofoam rubber provides doors with easiness, high level of sound absorption (to obtain this, insulating strips are used) and less price. MDF is used for the base that is weatherproof, with the layer of aluminium. Doors are painted choosing the colour from RAL colouring schemes. A door leaf may be painted at one side, but veneered at the other, matching the veneer to the interior. A door leaf may be with glazing or without it. A door case is of glued pine with the threshold of hard wood.
